A huge tree house, located in Crossville, Tennessee and, according to many, is the largest among similar houses in the world, may soon get an official status of a record holder in the the Guinness Book of Records. In fact, to build it, it took about 250 thousand nails. Horace Burgess began work on the house on a tree in late 1993 after he said he had a divine vision. As self-taught carpenter and a landscape architect, he worked on his project almost non-stop and putting all of his heart in it. There is still a lot work to be done before it’s completion.
